CANCELLATION POLICY
I truly value your time and appreciate you choosing to spend it with me. Because each appointment is reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. NO-SHOWS Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. FUTURE APPOINTMENTS Following a late cancellation or no-show, a deposit may be required to reserve future appointments. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen, and I will always approach those circumstances with understanding. At the same time, this policy allows me to protect the time reserved for each guest and keep my schedule running sustainably. Thank you for respecting my time and this policy.
